Q. What is your return policy?

All claims for discrepancies and damages must be reported within five (5) business days of Receipt of merchandise. Please ensure that you view the Size Guide prior to ordering. As with all "Intimate apparel products” for Health and Sanitary reasons, there are no refunds or exchanges – Please view the Size Guide prior to ordering. A size guide tab will always be present on the product view pages. 

Q. Where do I ship Returns?

All returns must receive a RIN (Return Item Number) prior to returning any merchandise. Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility.

2. Customer must submit proof of purchase / receipt order number. 
3. Customer must submit photo(s) of the damaged product.
4. Customer will receive a Return Item Number (RIN) once your Return has been approved. 

5. The Return Shipping address will be emailed along with the RIN to the Customer. Our Returns Department Facility is located in South Carolina, USA. Return shipping costs is the customers responsibility.
